In Home Care – How Do We Begin?
Care for You® staff will come to your home to conduct a free assessment, which typically lasts one to two hours. The purpose of the assessment is threefold:
· Identify and quantify your needs and wishes
· Reach an understanding about what Care for You® can provide, including anticipated cost and a schedule for services
· Give Care for You® the necessary information to find the Companion who best fits your needs.
Following the assessment, a permanent Companion will take responsibility for services, ranging from occasional visits to around-the-clock care.
